Hot water tank
The hot water tank is primarily designed to collect hot water from the first wort cooling stage where the treated water is heated to 70-85 ° C.
The water is then stored or heated in the NHV tank to be used in a brewing process or for straining, cleaning or sanitation in the brewery.
There are several types of heating (steam, electricity, combinations) to heat water in the NHV tank.
